To ensure you have your sneakers in time for your project, we recommend placing your order at least 5 to 10 days in advance. This will give us enough time to prepare your selected pair and ensure it’s ready for pickup or delivery when you need i
All our sneakers are carefully maintained and cleaned after each rental. They are in excellent condition, and we ensure they are ready to wear when you receive them. We take pride in offering you high-quality sneakers in excellent condition.
Every rental with Sneakers and Go is subject to identity verification of the renting professionals. Once this step is completed, we establish a rental contract for the chosen period. Additionally, a deposit is required, the amount of which varies depending on the sneaker models you select. These measures ensure the security of the transaction and the protection of our collection. A deposit by check or a bank authorization is accepted. If the pair is lost, stolen, or damaged, we charge 100% of the pair’s market price.
Yes, before each rental, we take photos as a condition check, which we send to you before and after the rental to assess any damages if a security deposit needs to be taken.
We recommend that you make your paid rental request approximately 5 to 10 days before the start of your project. This lead time will ensure the availability of the pair of sneakers you want for your request. It guarantees that you will have the sneakers you need in a timely manner for your project.
If you have an urgent project, you can browse our selection of pairs available for free to meet your immediate needs. Depending on availability, you have the option to receive your pair in as little as 24 hours. This allows you to quickly have the sneakers you need for your urgent projects.

We have a free pickup location at 91 Boulevard 92700 Colombes. You can visit there by appointment to pick up and return the pairs you’ve rented.
